Bedside Guide Download and Usage Agreement

*Formerly the Timertag Go Download and Usage Agreement. The name changed on 27 October 2026; the terms are unchanged.*

Version 2026.6 (Effective 25 October 2026)

Please review and confirm the following terms before printing your bedside sheets. By ticking the box in the Bedside Guide bedside sheet maker and printing a sheet, you agree to be bound by this Agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

1. Trademark & Usage License

Timertag® is a registered trademark of Senver Holdings Pty Ltd in the USA, EU, UK, India, China, Australia, and New Zealand, used under license by Senver Group Pty Ltd (ABN 90 622 761 380). The bedside sheets contain official Timertag branding and logos protected by trademark law. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to print and display bedside sheets made with the Bedside Guide bedside sheet maker solely for use in patient care. Bedside Guide is free for use in patient care and is not for resale. You may not sell, resell, or charge for the bedside sheets or the branding assets they contain, and you may not alter or misrepresent those assets.

You may add your organization's name and logo, your unit name, and your call-for-advice number using the sheet maker. Apart from those entries, the sheet must not be altered, redrawn, recolored, cropped, or overprinted, and the QR code must not be covered, resized, or moved.

2. Use of the Bedside Sheet

The bedside sheet is displayed on the wall or at the bed head, where the patient and their family can see it. It is not attached to any medical consumable, tubing, or dressing. The guidance it opens covers peripheral IV lines, urinary catheters, and dressings, and the sheet is suitable for any bed where a patient may have one of these.

You are responsible for deciding where sheets are displayed on your unit, for keeping the call-for-advice number on each sheet current, and for replacing any sheet that is damaged, faded, or out of date.

3. Clinical Responsibility Acknowledgment

Bedside Guide bedside sheets are informational and educational aids only. They do not observe the medical consumable or the patient, do not measure or track time, do not alert or notify staff, do not process patient data, and do not replace clinical observation or judgment. Displaying a sheet does not change clinical observation schedules. Bedside Guide is not a medical device, nor does it provide medical advice, clinical oversight, diagnostic tracking, or direct patient care management.

Senver Group Pty Ltd disclaims all liability for any medical errors, adverse health events, patient misunderstandings, treatment delays, or injury associated with the display or placement of, or reliance upon, the bedside sheets.

4. Identification, Patient Information & Written Entries

Bedside Guide identifies nothing. A bedside sheet carries no patient identifier and no other patient information. You agree that:

The unit name and call-for-advice number you enter are placed in the QR code after the "#". Browsers do not send that part of an address to our servers, so we never receive them.

5. Connectivity, Geo-blocking & System Availability

The practical use of a bedside sheet depends entirely on the patient's ability to reach its online guidance. Senver Group Pty Ltd cannot guarantee:

Scanning involves no accounts, logins, or patient identifiers, and the guidance pages provide no facility for entering patient information. As with any web page, standard technical information such as IP address and browser type is processed in order to deliver the page. The content of the guidance pages may be updated from time to time.

6. Printing

Bedside sheets are printed on A4 or US Letter paper on an office printer, at 100% scale (actual size). They may be laminated or placed in a clear sleeve.

Because printers vary, Senver Group Pty Ltd does not guarantee layout margins or color matching. You are responsible for checking each printed sheet, and for test-scanning its QR code with a phone, before displaying it.

7. Current Sheets

The patient guidance is online, so the QR code on a sheet always opens the current guidance. Make new sheets in the sheet maker, rather than copying old ones, whenever your unit's details change. Senver Group Pty Ltd gives no assurance that the layout or wording of previously printed sheets remains current.

Timertag Go labels and QR codes printed before 25 October 2026 under Version 2026.5 of this Agreement continue to open the patient guidance, and Version 2026.5 continues to apply to them. Timertag Go labels are no longer offered. Where Timertag (IFU-TTP-006) and Timertag Go are both in use in the same facility, they are different products and are not interchangeable.

8. Limitation of Liability & Consumer Guarantees

9. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organization displaying the bedside sheets agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Senver Group Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, and employees, from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or resulting from the organization's display, placement, or clinical use of the bedside sheets, including any use of a sheet as an identification, matching, or verification step, and any patient information written on or otherwise recorded on a sheet.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement, your use of the bedside sheets, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the underlying services shall be governed exclusively by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.
